Reviewing the flat viewing and application process only as I haven't rented the flat yet. Communication was clear and prompt, and the staff helpful. They could answer all my questions, and were willing to ask the landlord if I had any further ones too. Rebekah cheerful and friendly which is something nice to find in a letting agent! The were on time and let me spend a little longer taking pictures that I needed. James was quite straightforward and told me more about Bristol and the local area, which was valuable in making a decision.

I’ve had a really positive experience throughout the rental process. Eleanor was consistently helpful, professional, and patient with all my questions — especially as a student managing things independently.
