We had Dan Walter managing our tenancy and he was as good of an agent as you could ask for. He sorted things ASAP, always had our best interests in mind, and was warm and friendly during interactions. Would definitely recommend AntJam.

I hugely regret choosing this agency due to the severe mouse infestation in the property they rented to us. When my flatmates and I moved in, the property was filthy, with mouse droppings behind the fridge, sofa, and washing machine (as shown in the photos). This infestation had clearly been present for a long time, which they failed to disclose. When we reported the issue, pest control was sent out, but they only left poison repeatedly for 2 months, I was told this is all they were paid for so couldn’t actually fill in any holes, safe to say the mice couldn’t care less about it. After repeatedly requesting proper action, they sent a handyman who inadequately filled in some holes which the mice got through almost straight away . This failed to address the scale of the infestation, as we were regularly seeing mice in broad daylight in our rooms and kitchen. The mice are now digging under the floorboards and carpet, and holes continue to appear in the skirting boards, I can hear them chewing and scratching all night(as pictured below) Despite raising these concerns, the agency has been dismissive. When I informed the manager, Jason, that the property was unfit to live in and posed a health hazard, he disregarded my concerns, claiming it was just my ‘opinion’. Their failure to address this issue has left me with no choice but to involve the council. Overall, my experience has been infuriating and disappointing. The agency has been negligent in maintaining the property, slow to act, and dismissive of tenant concerns. If you value a safe and liveable home, I would avoiding this agency at all costs

Our property manager Jake was always friendly and responsive to issues in the house. Can’t fault anything really.
