I had a very smooth and positive experience with Bristol Property Centre, thanks to KATIE BRITT. She was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. From the property viewing to setting up the tenancy, everything was handled efficiently and clearly. BE CAREFUL! Double-check what you’re being signed up for and the cancellation fees/details. My daughter thought she had to sign up for an expensive utilities package as part of the paperwork, as it was not made clear, and then the same estate agent was very unresponsive when she wanted to cancel. It’s been a very costly lesson to cancel this - £250 is a lot for students to have to pay, but the package was SO expensive that this pays for itself in a couple of weeks!

I was shown around a rental property by Lydia on Saturday and she was incredible. So knowledgeable, friendly, warm and welcoming! I am a landlord in London and I would definitely recommend working with Lydia and the BPC team in Bristol.

I have used Bristol Property Centre to help rent out properties I have owned and also to sell properties. I have found them to be very helpful in all aspects of renting and selling. I would recommend them if looking to sell your property or to manage rental properties.

UNIVERSITY STUDENTS STAY AWAY! Even as a first-time renter with little prior viewing experience, I knew this experience was beyond unacceptable. BPC cancelled my viewing just an hour before it was due to happen, after I had already spent over £100 and 4 hours on transport to get here. I attended a previous viewing with BPC earlier and they pressure prospective tenants—especially young university students—into paying large holding deposits as fast as possible, giving barely any time to consider the property. It felt like a shady cash grab rather than a legitimate renting process. When I called to get clarification, I was met with a complete lack of care. The level of service felt extremely amateur and it was obvious they had no interest in helping. Bristol Property Centre is untrustworthy, exploitative and completely lacking in professionalism. I would only ever recommend students to STAY AWAY from BPC.
