Jess C from the Kingswood branch was so friendly and helpful showing my partner and me around 2 properties where we felt welcome right away. She was really informative and kind and easy to talk to. She stayed in good contact with us, replying quickly and sending us all the information we needed before, during, and after viewings! We had a fantastic experience with CJ Hole and can’t recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, they were supportive, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. Shout out to Kerry, Lois, and Jodie and the team – all of whom were brilliant throughout the whole process. We viewed a couple of properties with them before finally finding the perfect home that suited my husband’s accessibility needs. We choose the CJ Hole Kingswood branch to value our property after having a number of recommendations. Donna came to value our home and what a lovely, knowledgeable and professional lady she was. Donna spent a hour with us taking time to explain why her valuation was what it was and answering all of our questions. We didn't experience a pushy sales person like we have with another local agent recently. We instantly felt reassured that our best interest to achieve what we wanted from our house was the priority and felt the valuation was a fair and realistic figure. I just want to say a massive thank you to CJ Hole in Kingswood and Kerry Ray in particular, as a first time buyer it's been quite a stressful journey and I felt like CJ Hole and Kerry helped me a lot throughout the purchase in terms of chasing both my solicitor and the sellers solicitors when things weren't progressing when they should have. I also booked multiple viewings of the property and the team at CJ Hole were always pleasant in helping me with viewings dates and in general were easy to deal with. As a first time buyer, you are in good hands with CJ Hole. Kerry was always in contact with myself and she's so professional and was empathic to our journey in purchasing our very first home.
