My experience with the sales team at Refield CJ Hole was excellent! Ryan Burt and Eva Lacey helped me find my first property in Bristol, between viewings, answering questions and easing my mind when things got stressful, they were both great. Purchasing a property for the first time when you don’t know what your doing is very tricky, but the team were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Couldn’t fault them at all and would happily recommend to my friends and family.

It was great to do viewings with Ryan from CJ hole. I’ve been viewing quite a lot of flats recently in the Bristol area and some of the agents showing me around seem to know almost nothing about the properties and want you in and out in less than five minutes.Ryan was knowledgeable, open and made the viewing much more personal. Definitely the sort of estate agent I would put my trust in!

Justin is a legend. He has given me excellent advise and communicated every possible detail with me. Its difficult to put into words how much appreciation and respect I have for him and his colleagues. To say they have gone above and beyond the call of duty would not scratch the surface of describing how much they helped me get the best possible price for my property. When I come to sell my next property other companies will not even get a sniff of an opportunity for my business. I literally could not recommend them highly enough. The entire team gave 110% even when I was stressed and really quite difficult. Perfect score, I only wish I could give them more! :) :) :)

C J Hole of Redfield were very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable giving good, sound advice in order for me to sell my house. In particular, their communication skills were excellent from all of those I encountered at the office. Ryan was a star conducting the viewings and providing feedback promptly and honestly. Eva was also so helpful in providing good practical experience and advice and to how to proceed in various circumstances. I would use them again; they wont let you down!

I could write an essay here about how good this team are. I've bought and sold more than a few houses over the years and this team (especially Justin) stand head and shoulders above everyone else I've dealt with. If you are selling your property you will not find a better team in Bristol to work with! This is the best possible advice I could give. Whomever has put this team together should be proud of themselves and their team. They are extraordinary in every respect.
