I am letting my property as an overseas landlord and CJ Hole are managing it for me. They take care of all the legal requirements and keep on top of me to ensure my property is compliant. They also regularly check the quality and condition of the property to ensure both myself and the tenants are happy and satisfied. I really appreciate the work they put in and I deal with Jess and Vanessa and they are superb, friendly and easy to deal with. They and CJ Hole take the stress out of managing the property for me. We were really pleased with the service from CJ Hole in Westbury on Trym, Rob Watson specifically has been an absolute superstar. After our property being on the market with another agent for 12 months, we were starting to lose hope. CJ hole took on the property and we had 4 offers within 2 weeks, all proceedable buyers. They are a professional team and the service continued throughout the sales progression. We needed to complete within a tight timeframe and they ensured this was met. We've been pleased with the support from CJ Hole, from Dan's fantastic photos to the ongoing support from Lorraine to keep us updated throughout our sale. We have always found the Westbury-on-Trym staff to be polite, approachable, knowledgeable and proactive, directing us to the right person quickly. Since Lorraine took over as our sales progressor, we've been really pleased. She has chased us and our buyer just the right amount to keep things moving and we completed yesterday selling our beautiful home to a lovely family which is all we could cope for.
