My partner and I had been apartment hunting for months, applying for countless listings every day without much luck. None of the viewings felt quite right. Then I received a call from Connells regarding a property I had inquired about, and I spoke with Craig. He arranged a viewing for us, even though we were initially unsure, as the tenancy start date didn’t align perfectly with our moving plans. Still, we figured there was no harm in checking it out. At the viewing, we met George. As soon as we stepped inside, we instantly felt the right energy and it just felt like home. We submitted our application and, within a few days, we were approved! From that point on, George was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He was always patient, responsive, and attentive to all our endless queries. We never had to chase up updates, everything was handled smoothly and professionally, which really set Connells apart from other agencies we had previously dealt with. We’re genuinely so happy Connells was part of our renting journey, and we can’t recommend them enough. Thanks to Craig and George, we’ve found a place we truly love and can finally call home :)

Couldn't be any happier with the service from Craig and George. Every step from asking about the house to let all the way to picking up the keys was unbelievably easy. Craig made the experience feel personal and really made sure things were moving along. The times I spoke to George he was extremely responsive to and help me out with forms etc. The whole experience was great, when I've shared my experience with my friends and family everyone has been so surprised how fast we've managed to secure a house and move in. I went into connells on the off chance a house I seen on zoopla was still available, I was nervous to go in as you hear some horror stories of how snobby and judgmental estate agents can be.. However Craig was just absolutely lovely and so reassuring. He made me feel much better about my house hunting situation and was far from judgemental in regards to my situation too! Craig really is lovely and kept me up to date throughout the day with each update for the house we were looking at too. We are also going through a tough time with our former landlord and Craig has been nothing but helpful with giving us advice on how to deal with the our former landlord- you've really gone the extra mile while trying to help us secure our new house and also help us deal with our former cowboy landlord.
