Goodchild estate agents gave a very thorough and professional service from beginning to end. The marketing of the property started with well written info about the house, an asking price pitched at just the right point, and great photos. James secured many viewings and conducted careful and considered negotiations with potential purchasers, resulting in a seamless sale. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. I couldn’t recommend an Estate Agent more highly if I tried! I was recommended to Goodchild Estate Agents by a friend who had used them and can honestly say that they are like no other agent I have ever used (and there’s been a lot over the years!). Not only did James sell my house for me, he also secured my onward purchase having really listened to what I was looking for. Moving home is emotional and never plain sailing, but the team at Goodchild Estate Agents managed the entire process for me so incredibly well.
