We are first time renters, a young family just staring out. Our first contact from haart was Georgina. A lovely lady and very polite. She was very quick to contact me. Took a few details and booked us in for a viewing very quickly. When we arrived at the property we were greeted by her, she took her time with talking to us and answering questions we have, she explained and showed us around the property in such a lovely manor. She allowed us to take our time at looking around the property. All round a 5 star experience and I was very happy with the service haart gave us. I highly recommend their services.

I’ve been working with Georgina for my house-hunting journey! I had a really tight work schedule and wasn’t always able to respond properly, but she was incredibly patient and cooperative with me. She also has been also very understanding and flexible with time slots, which made the process much less stressful. She took the time to answer all my queries, was open to my choices and opinions, and even drove me around to different properties, which I really appreciated. I haven’t found my house yet, but I’m excited about the process and grateful to be working with her. I’m confident that with her help, I’ll find the perfect place. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and supportive agent!

My partner and I are first time buyers and the process has been very smooth and clear so far. From the initial enquiry we made about a property, Sarah was our first contact with Haart. She was friendly, clear and very quick to contact us about a viewing. Our actual viewing was with Thomas who was extremely personable - he was warm and welcoming when showing us around the property. He had given me a call prior to the viewing to ask if there was anything specific we wanted to know while viewing, and he delivered perfectly on all the questions we had given him. He even helped us envision ourselves in the property by getting to know us better, talking to us about our hobbies and work situations, and making suggestions of how our life could be in the property. I would highly recommend him for viewings, not only was he very knowledgeable, he was very friendly and had a great sense of humour!
