Back in June, I had a viewing with Margo and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Once we began the buying process and sorting our mortgage, Holbrook Moran's staff helped us with so much more than just being an estate agent. Nick in particular, helped my family and I with so much paperwork and helped us understand the buying process of a commercial property. Nick has been absolutely incredible during the sale of my grandmother's house. We had five valuations done and Nick was the only estate agent who took time to get to know our family. He was so much more personable than all the other agents put together. For that reason alone, we chose him over the others and he continued to impress us throughout the process. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We had a lot of emotions and anxiety tied into the sale and he made it all so easy for us. He helped us clear some difficult to move items, he took over communication with a frustrating neighbour and he chased our solicitors for us when they were slacking. Not to mention he had us a buyer within a day of the property being on the market! I would choose Nick at Holbrook Moran every single time. Outstanding service during a difficult time.
