Right from the start my dealings with Hydes as a buyer were pleasant, friendly, open and honest! I have really enjoyed the whole house buying process with them (and know estate agents have their reputations) but Hydes prove you can’t tar the entire industry with the same brush. They were never pushy or salesy and even though they were clearly working for the vendor, they took the time to get to know us and did everything they could to smooth any bumps in the road ASAP. And have heaps of pragmatism - it definitely felt like you were working with grown up professionals! Thank you Marcus & the whole Hydes team. M&M.

I can't recommend Hydes more highly. I would highly recommend Hydes to anyone looking to buy in Bristol. Ed went above and beyond to help us find our first home. We felt that he truly cared about what was best for us as well as the seller and went out of his way to help and kept us updated throughout the process. I was purchasing a house through Hydes. I found them to be exemplary, supportive, helpful, and very willing to listen and respond to my requests thoughout the process.
