Edit: the issues discussed in the below review have since been addressed, and they were mostly due to errors in communication rather than negligence. These communication errors were on both ends, and at least in part our fault. I've decided to leave the review as I originally wrote it incase anybody else has a similar experience. I've also changed it from 1 to 3 stars, although I would rather just not leave a star-rating if that was an option. I am a managed tenant for one of JBS Bristol's properties. My experience with them has been overwhelmingly negative. Since the move-in date to the property, the kitchen sink has not been able to produce cold water, both bathrooms do not have locks on the doors, and one of the showers has to be held up at all times while using it. In the time since we've moved in, the garden fence has fallen down, and the kitchen sink has been chewed through by mice, making it and the dishwasher unusable. All of these issues were reported over 2 months ago, and so far it is unclear if JBS has made any attempts to fix these issues. When I call JBS to try to get these issues resolved, nobody answers. Their answer message tells me to " leave a message after the tone" and then just hangs up without taking a message. Reading through the other reviews, it looks like our experience might be an outlier, but from my experience alone, I would advise everyone to steer clear of JBS Bristol.

Awful and unprofessional! Showed my son a flat but put a different flat he’s never even seen on the tenancy agreement and are now charging him for all bills occurred in the flat until the flat is occupied! Took 6 months rent and deposit and won’t give it back! Stay clear of this company’

JBS provided an excellent service managing the renovation of my property in Bristol. They were very professional and friendly and I really appreciated their responsiveness in dealing with matters. When they said they would call or do something they did. I found them to be very honest and gave me great advice and guidance through the entire process. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else thinking about renovating and letting a property.

Rented out our house in Southville with JBS. Service from start to finish was exceptional! Found and vetted tenants and handled all the paperwork swiftly! Have been recommending them to everyone else over the past couple of months! If you are looking to rent out your house or rent a property- I give my full recommendation to JBS!
