I had to sell a house in BS9 and was recommended by a neighbour to use Leese and Nagle. I took the advice and was very happy with what happened next. Their team is small in number, but that suited me, and what impressed me most was the way in which they all work together. I needed some element of extra help, having never sold a house before. The job did not end with selling my house they sold the buyers’ house as well, and then they chaperoned both deals until they reached successful conclusions. I felt comfortable working with such an effective team. I am sure that looking back I will not have any regrets about the agents that I chose, and how things ended up.

Leese & Nagle are an independent estate agent that provide a more personal service. Louis is a very experienced, friendly and professional sales manager and gave us good advice throughout the entire process and have personally recommended him to friends. Abi is also very friendly and professional and helped us with several personal issues and nothing is too much trouble. Both are assets to the business.

While Leese and Nagle were the seller’s agents, they went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. Louis, particularly, was great! He was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful with all our queries. We really appreciated his support and professionalism - highly recommend!
