Julie supported us throughout the entire process, always being responsive and proactive. She took the initiative to keep everything moving quickly and efficiently, which made the experience much less stressful. Her guidance and dedication ensured a seamless transition, and we truly appreciated having her as our moving manager. We highly recommend Julie and Oceans - Filton to anyone looking for expert support when buying a home.

Overall an excellent experience selling my property with Ocean Filton. My Journey with Ocean started with Andy coming round to value my property. He clearly had a good knowledge of the property in the local area and we had a good discussion about marketing strategies and how to best advertise my property. This was promptly followed with photography (which was excellently done) alongside some well written copy. Once the property was launched Evie conducted all the viewings for me. She gave me great feedback as to how the viewings were going. I felt fully informed as to the progress. Offers were expertly managed, giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once Sale was agreed Julie did a fantastic job of managing the overall transaction. We had a bumpy journey with multiple onward purchases falling through but I felt Julie took all this in her stride and was a calm constant throughout a stressful journey. My one criticism would be their advice to use their in house property conveyancers, which my buyer chose to use. I believe the transaction completed despite them and I would strongly discourage anyone from instructing Ocean Property Lawyers. Overall an excellent service.

The estates agent made selling easy and Ocean definitely have the best photos by far. After agreeing the sale it took forever to actually move, mostly because our solicitor was so poor at replying to emails and keeping us informed. It was Julie Bridges, the move manager, who did most of the work by repeatedly contacting solicitors on both sides. Thanks Julie! Loving our new home/location
