We moved a couple months ago through Parks, and in particular Natasha and Hollie were both great. Natasha was so welcoming and accommodating for us to view the property as we were only available on certain dates which she managed to make work with the vendors. Also Hollie was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She provided updates regularly from the vendors and as we were not located near the office was really helpful in arranging when and where we needed to come in to complete certain steps. All in all a great experience so thank you Parks!

We have just sold our house in Bristol through Parks Estate Agents and they were brilliant. The valuation and the advert by Amelia were excellent and perfectly pitched. Then Hollie did an great job quickly and smoothly liaising between us and the buyer's estate agents on various things. We never felt like we had to chase, everyone was a pleasure to deal with, and it was a ridiculously smooth selling experience! Would definetely reccomend.

Parks Estate Agents were brilliant from the moment we viewed the property to the moment we completed. In particular, Hollie Stanton was excellent throughout and went above and beyond to help us. We had a terrible time with our solicitors and there were issues outside our control that delayed our move for several months. While we were let down by several people in the moving process, Hollie was honestly the only genuine person who worked extremely hard to make the process as easy for us as possible. I cant thank her enough and would absolutely recommend Parks Estate Agents to anyone who's looking to buy or rent a property in the Bristol area.

We have recently sold our house through Parks and have been so pleased with the friendly and conscientious service they have provided. The listing looked great and Natasha was so helpful to the viewers, making sure they had all the information we provided and Hollie has been absolutely brilliant at communicating between us and the buyers with any questions we've had and has responded quickly and with ease. We would definitely recommend Parks.

I bought my house through Parks and now nearly 10 years later I've sold it through them. Both experiences with them have been fantastic, and I couldn't rate the service more highly. Everyone have dealt with there has been super helpful, warm and have made a difficult, confusing experiencing much much smoother than it could have been! Natasha was amazing pre-sale, and Hollie has been fantastic afterwards. Their advice has been spot on and their local knowledge is fantastic. If I was selling again I wouldn't hesitate to use them.
