I recently purchased my first home through Richard Harding and had a genuinely positive experience. Communications were consistently prompt, and the advice given was thoughtful and reassuring — it made a potentially stressful process feel well-supported from start to finish. While there was a slight hiccup in the handover due to a departing agent, this was quickly and seamlessly addressed without any need for follow-up on my part. I was passed directly to a Partner, Linda, who was excellent — professional, responsive, and clearly invested in the outcome. From my very first viewing, Penny offered a compelling vision of what the property could become, which really helped me stay motivated through the buying process. We used Richard Harding estate agents for selling our Dad's house and were impressed by the professionalism with which the whole team, and in particular Ben Murray Brown, handled the whole process, from the marketing of the property to the completion of the sale.
